Free Blank 3D Cube Outline Cut Out Template PDF

This free printable 3D paper cube template PDF gives you one blank cube net to print, cut, fold, and glue into a small paper cube. The page is set up as a simple cut out and fold template, with solid black lines for cutting and dashed blue lines for folding.

The cube net uses six plain square faces, so the finished shape stays open for different classroom and craft uses. You can leave the cube blank for a geometry activity, write numbers or dots on the faces to make a dice style cube, or decorate the sides before assembly for a small paper craft project.

We placed the dashed fold guides so they can sit on the inside of the cube after folding. When the template is folded with the guide lines facing inward, the blue lines help during assembly but do not show on the outside of the finished cube.

The outer flaps are glue tabs. After cutting around the black outline, fold along the dashed blue lines, add glue to the tabs, and close the net into a cube. Regular printer paper can be used for a quick activity, but thicker paper or cardstock will hold the shape better, especially if the cube will be handled after assembly.
