Free Printable Heart Templates for Valentine’s Day Crafts

These free printable heart templates give you four blank heart outlines in one PDF, ready for Valentine’s Day crafts, cards, classroom activities, and other paper projects. Each page has one large heart shape, so you can print only the outline you need instead of using the full set every time.

The four hearts are not repeated copies. We used different proportions so the set can cover more than one kind of craft: a tall narrow heart for a stronger pointed shape, a broad rounded heart for classic Valentine work, a lower wider heart for labels or folded paper projects, and a taller heart with a deeper top notch for a more stretched outline.
